Meisel Music meets Minds of Music

From 30 September to 2 October 2024, another highlight took place as part of the “Meisel Music Meets …” event series: the joint songwriting camp “Meisel Music meets Minds of Music”, organized by Meisel Music and Minds of Music. This time, the focus was on dance music, and the renowned Hansa Studios in Berlin provided the perfect setting for creative excellence.

The camp was supported by Edition Peng Peng (Alexa Voss) and Edition Viracocha (Andrés Simon). The on-site organizers included Ina Wiens (Senior Copyright & Creative Manager, Meisel Music), Christopher Gronau (Senior A&R, Meisel Music) as well as Thies Engel (Project Manager, Minds of Music) and Aktino Troubounis (Project Manager, Edition Viracocha ).

The camp brought together a diverse group of writers and producers, including Moritz Limmer, Andrés Simon, Ariel Hill, Jonathan Lindner, Fabian Balz, Linda Stark, Annelie Schwarz, Alexa Voss, Matthew Tasa, Filippo Grasso, Cian Walsh und SOFYKA.

The event series “Meisel Music Meets …”, which aims to bring together songwriters, producers, artists, labels and publishers, was once again a complete success in this edition. The collaboration with Minds of Music and the support of the Peng Peng and Viracocha editions are a promising start for further collaborations in the field of dance music.
